Madonna to Perform at Yankee Stadium

Madonna's newly announced world tour will take her to one hallowed venue: New York's Yankee Stadium.
The pop star, who just performed at the Super Bowl, will perform at the New York sporting landmark on September 6th. The show will mark the fifth stop on the North American leg of her tour, which runs from August to November. Recent performers at the 50,000+ capacity stadium include Paul McCartney and the “Big Four” metal tour (Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax).
Tickets for the Yankee Stadium show go on sale February 13th at 10 a.m. EST. No word on whether A-Rod will drop by to duet on “Human Nature.”
